Terms & Conditions
Driver:
Minimum age for all rentals is 23 years. For drivers aged 19–22, an additional insurance premium applies depending on the vehicle.
Driving License:
The driving licence must have been issued at least one year prior to the vehicle pick-up date. The driver is required to present a valid driving licence before vehicle pick-up. If the licence has been valid for less than one year, an additional premium applies depending on the vehicle category.
For scooter rentals up to 50 cc, a Category B driving licence is required, while for 125 cc scooters a Category A1, A2, or A licence is required.
Experience:
Prior scooter riding experience is required; occasional or very limited experience (once or twice) is not considered sufficient.
Traffic Fines or Other Administrative Sanctions:
The renter is responsible for paying all traffic fines or administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of Croatian traffic laws during the rental period.
Any serious traffic offense committed during the rental period, including driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs, will result in immediate confiscation of the rental vehicle without refund.
Minimum Rental Duration:
Please note that online reservations are available only for rentals with a minimum duration of 3 days. Short-term rentals of 1 or 2 days can be arranged upon request; customers are advised to contact us a few days in advance or arrange the rental directly at our office, subject to vehicle availability.
The minimum booking period is a few hours, while the minimum rental charge applies to one full day.
Daily rental starts from 09:00. Vehicle return is required by 19:00 on the same day or by 09:30 the following day. Rental charges apply per calendar day regardless of the pick-up time.
Fuel Policy:
All rental vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel plus a refueling service fee of 10 €. If the wrong type of fuel is used, the renter is responsible for all costs associated with cleaning, repair, and refueling of the vehicle.
Kilometers:
Prices include unlimited kilometers within the island only. Vehicles are not permitted to leave the island. In case of violation, the renter will be charged 200 €, plus vehicle recovery costs and rental charges for the period until the vehicle is returned.
Deliveries – Pick-up Outside Office:
Vehicle delivery and pick-up at locations outside our office can be arranged upon request, depending on operational availability. This service is subject to an additional charge depending on the delivery or pick-up location.
INSURANCE COVERS
Third Party Insurance:
Included in the rental price for all vehicles. Coverage includes material damage, death, and bodily injury caused to third parties.
Car Insurance
C.D.W. (Collision Damage Waiver) with excess amount:
Included in the rental price. In case of damage, the renter’s liability is limited to the following excess amounts:
• 3,000.00 € for Group C
• 4,000.00 € for Groups D and F
• 5,000.00 € for Group E
S.C.D.W. (Super Collision Damage Waiver) with excess amount:
Not included in the rental price and available at an additional cost of 10 € per day. In case of damage, the renter’s liability is limited to:
• 550.00 € for Groups C, D, E and F
SCDW coverage can be added upon customer request at the time of vehicle pick-up at our office.
WUG — Wheels, Undercarriage & Glass Protection:
Damage to wheels, tires, undercarriage, and glass is not covered by CDW or SCDW and is not included in the rental price. This protection cannot be purchased separately, and any such damage remains the renter’s responsibility.
Scooter
C.D.W. (Collision Damage Waiver) with excess amount:
Included in the rental price of all vehicles. In case of damage, the renter’s liability is limited to:
• 700.00 € for scooters up to 50 cc
• 1,100.00 € for scooters from 125 cc
• 3,000.00 € for scooters from 530 cc
S.C.D.W. (Super Collision Damage Waiver) with excess amount:
Not included in the rental price and available at an additional cost of 10 € per day. In case of damage, the renter’s liability is limited to:
• 350.00 € for scooters up to 50 cc
• 550.00 € for scooters from 125 cc
• Insurance conditions for scooters of 530 cc are available upon arrangement
SCDW coverage can be added upon customer request at the time of vehicle pick-up at our office.
Guarantees:
A credit card is required for rental, and a pre-authorization amount will be blocked (not charged) on the renter’s credit card at the time of vehicle pick-up as a security deposit.
Road Accident:
In case of a road accident, the renter must immediately inform our company and notify the police. The police must record the accident, and the renter must obtain a copy of the police report. Without a police report, the renter assumes full responsibility.
If the renter is responsible for the accident, charges may include:
• Vehicle repair costs
• Rental charges for the period during which the vehicle cannot be rented due to repairs
If the renter does not know the vehicle location or runs out of fuel and company assistance is required, a service charge of 100 € will apply per intervention.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must send a cancellation request by email and receive confirmation that the cancellation has been received.
There is no cancellation fee if the cancellation notice is received up to 3 days before the scheduled pick-up date and time.
If the cancellation notice is received less than 3 days before the scheduled pick-up date and time, the total booking amount will be charged.
No-Show Policy
If the renter fails to collect the vehicle within 2 hours of the agreed rental start time without prior written notice, the reservation may be automatically canceled and the total booking amount will be charged.
